- We carefully choose our staff because of their adaptability and understanding of the complex relationship between our clients and their support teams.
- We work closely with clients and their stakeholders to match them with suitable support workers - if we do not believe that we have a suitable match for your client after our needs assessment, we recruit specifically for you.
- All of our staff are thoroughly vetted and receive Enhanced DBS checks before supporting our clients.
- We provide all of our staff with regular training, supervision, and mentoring from staff who are highly knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced supporting ABI/TBI clients - we include this support within our competitive rates.
- We embrace a ‘neurodiverse’ workforce who promote a culture of continuous collaboration and improvement.

- We help our clients to identify and overcome barriers which prevent them from living more safely and independently in their own communities.
- We work with other agencies to deliver rehabilitation programs which support our clients and their families in all aspects of their lives, such as: functional independent living skills (e.g., self-care, meal preparation, budgeting, and shopping); developing personal relationships at home and in the community; facilitating meaningful social, leisure, educational, and vocational activities; and promoting healthy living.
- We also provide brain injury education and rehabilitation programs under the guidance of community-based MDTs.
- We work with clients, their families, and MDTs to create a clear support pathway so they can achieve their long-term goals.

We follow up your referral within 24 hours.

We collect your completed referral form and any supplementary information.

We arrange an initial needs assessment of your client with you.

We work with you and your client to match them with suitable support workers.

We complete initial 'meet and greets' with your client and our support workers
(with or without their case manager)

We confirm your client's support package with you to formally accept our services.

We start providing our individualised services to your client.
